Pattern development was outsourced 20 years ago. Suppliers have taken over patterns and grading completely. In the areas of women's wear, men's wear, children's wear and linen fabrics, our patternmaking services can correct and optimize your existing base and model patterns. In addition, we can help you optimize your size charts and finished measurement charts to ensure that the pattern meets the requirements of all collections, even if you change manufacturers.

Suitable seminars and workshops

We are happy to pass on our expertise to you and your employees in pattern-making workshops and seminars. We will show you how to create your own patterns, recognise fit errors, design pattern samples and put the finishing touches to your production model (in German only).

Reliable body size data

Measurement data from series of 3D body scanner measurements or existing customer data developed independently by Hohenstein form the basis of our technical services for plate making. The data includes body measurements of more than 13,000 men, women and children from the latest German measurement series "SizeGERMANY", as well as data on special groups, such as large-sized people and people over 60 years of age.

Hohenstein Quality Label "Verified Block-Pattern"

Products bearing this label are intended to clarify and promise to the consumer that the product will always fit and be comfortable, that you will look good in all sizes, and that you will maintain your aesthetic appeal even when you are wearing it for all kinds of free movement. This quality label is particularly applicable to finished garments.
